All of our tires are new and never mounted. Most of our tires are within 1-2 years old, but on occasion depending on the size and price of the tire may be older. We do not sell tires that exceed 4 years old from production date.
We offer over 1,000,000 tires and work with many warehouse locations nationwide. We are not able to check each tire for the date of production, but we do not sell tires that have DOT dates exceeding 4 years old. If you receive a tire that is older please let us know.

Yes, an email address is needed to complete an order. A receipt from your order is emailed to you for your personal records. Additionally, in the case that there are any issues, we like to have two methods of contact information.

If you decide you want to cancel an order after placing it on our website you should contact customer support as soon as possible. The sooner you call after your order, the higher the chance is that the order hasn’t been processed yet and can be cancelled without penalty. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and you will receive a full refund credited back to the original method of payment. If an order has already been processed and shipped, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

In the unlikely event that you received tires that do not match the order placed, please email the below information to support@tireagent.com . We will arrange and pay for the incorrect item to be returned, and will immediately ship out the correct tire.

Please check that the coupon code you are using applies to the items being purchased, and is not expired. Some coupons offered by Tire Agent can only be used toward a specific tire brand(s) or model(s). Other coupons may require a minimum purchase price.
We offer coupon codes periodically throughout the year. When available, they are displayed on the Website, and you can enter the codes at checkout.
After placing an order, if applicable, you will receive an email from Tire Agent within 1-3 business days with instructions on how to submit a mail-in rebate. Claims have an expiration date, so you must submit within the given date window that the manufacturer provided by the manufacturer.
Most tire manufacturers take 8-12 weeks to process a mail-in rebate. If you still did not receive any money back from the manufacturer after this time frame, please feel free to contact a Tire Agent representative so we can assist.
We do not sell out-of-stock tires at the time of purchase. But if a tire is out of stock after you placed an order, someone from Tire Agent will contact you promptly to resolve the issue. At that point your options are a full refund to the original method of payment, or we can offer you tires of equal or better quality.
If your tire is unused, and has never been mounted, you are eligible for a return within 30 days. However customers are responsible for return shipping fees if the return is not a result of tire agent’s error.
Tires that have been installed or mounted are no longer eligible for return.
A Tire Agent representative will reach out to you within one business day to confirm the appointment, vehicle information and address.
Please let the Tire Agent representative know your new preferred installation date when he/she contacts you. If you want to reschedule the appointment after you’ve spoken to one of our representatives, please contact support@tireagent.com with the information below.
Installation is not included in the tire price, but we do offer installation at an additional cost in certain areas. If you are in an eligible area, you will see the pricing for this optional service listed before checkout.
If you would like to ship directly to a tire installer of your choice, simply enter the installer’s information in the “ship to address” fields while checking out.
Orders are processed in our system immediately and most orders will be shipped within one business day. You will receive a confirmation email with further delivery details.
Tire Agent is proud to say a customer will not have to pay for shipping. We offer free shipping nationwide for every tire on our website. In the rare scenario where an order is oversized or there are additional shipping costs, we will notify you promptly.

Local pickup is not available. All of our tires are shipped from warehouses around the country. We are able to offer great pricing by not having the same overhead as a brick and mortar location. However, all tires can be delivered to any home/business or installer of your choice within 2 to 4 business days.
Most orders are delivered via FedEx Ground. Although you cannot select a specific delivery hour with FedEx Ground, you can expect delivery during normal business hours.
Yes, we are happy to ship to any valid address in the lower 48 states in the USA.
You do not need to create an account to place an order. You may check out as a guest. However, creating an account has several benefits.

We do not offer a tire road hazard program at this time. However we offer many tire brands that include road hazard protection at no additional cost, with the purchase of the tire.
This varies depending on the manufacturer. The date of warranty begins when you purchase the tire. Please contact a Tire Agent representative to find out the warranty period for the tire you purchased on TireAgent.com.

Yes. Tire Agent honors all manufacturer warranties. Buying tires from tireagent.com allows you to have the same manufacturer warranties as buying from your local tire shop.
