In her current role as Installer Network Supervisor at Tire Agent, Jessica leads the onboarding process for new installers, coordinates operational resolutions, and ensures smooth integration into the system. Prior to this, Jessica spent nearly 8 years at American Tire Distributors, where she was involved in inside sales, customer service, and inventory management, showcasing her expertise in business development and customer retention.
Jessica’s early career included hands-on experience at Richard Petty Motorsports, where she worked as a quality assurance technician in the racing industry. Her bilingual skills in Spanish further complement her ability to communicate effectively in diverse environments.
Outside of work, Jessica is a dedicated single mother of two, constantly balancing her career ambitions with raising her family.
Looking ahead, Jessica’s vision is to expand the installer program to include partners across the country, focusing on diverse regions. She aims to provide people who would not typically have the opportunity to visit a shop with access, while also giving new partners a chance to tap into one of the fastest-growing customer bases in the country.
